    Human Resources Manager

     Objectives

    • Responsible for strengthening the human resources policies and processes from A to Z (recruitment, onboarding, training, salary, benefits, …). Take the existing policies and processes to the next level and ensure high quality implementation through verification protocols and back checks
    • Build capacity of field managers in fulfilling their training and onboarding functions
    • Manage a small team of HR support staff in serving job candidates and employees
    • Contribute to employee performance tracking systems as a means to have motivated and well performing staff
    • Set up HR systems to allow for rapid and high-quality staff expansion in 2020

    Profile

    • 5-10 years of HR management experience, ideally at a non-profit, startup or international company
    • Familiarity with HR in Nigeria is a plus
    • Experience of managing teams with different backgrounds and responsibilities, assigning duties, setting up processes and measuring progress
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, team leadership, & managerial experience
    • Strong communication, organizational, & analytical skills
    • Experience creating systematic solutions to HR problems
    • Used to assess and solve problems with a focus on metrics and data analysis
    • Up to date on key legal, psychological and business principles of HR
