Job Description
We are looking to hire a Trainer who will be responsible for:

• Training the collection officer on the talk script/product update/business update regularly.
• Training the new hire on the product knowledge/collection business and background/method of collection/collection system/reward and punishment/company regulation.
• Build the training system, Conduct exams after the training. Exam record must be documented for new hire and regular training.
• Create the environment of sharing experience within team. Encourage Outstanding staff to share the talk-script/method of collection to others.
• Update the talk-script to improve the collection skills every 2 weeks.

Requirements

• At least 1 year training experience or related work experience.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• HND/Bachelor's Degree.
