    Business Development/Operations Executive

    Job Description
        Managing Business Development and relationship management
        Develop a sizable clientele-base of corporate and Individual Clients
        Expose the company and our services to associations, organizations, companies and community groups to generate referral clients for our business.
        Drafting, packaging and sending Pfroposals and Presentations to Prospects.
        Manage the internet marketing of the company through the internet (social media, blogs, website etc.) to increase our market awareness and generate clients.
        Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
        Keeping up-to-date database/information on vendors, prospects and clients
        Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners and vendors as well as discovering and exploring opportunities.
        Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
        Assisting in event execution i.e. set up, vendor liaison & event implementation
        Coordinating vendors to achieve compliance with policies and agreements
        Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
        Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
        Researching and reporting on external opportunities.
        Any other duties that may be assigned by the Head of the Unit.

    Qualification and Requirements
        Candidate must have a good degree (preferably in Marketing) from any accredited university.
        Candidate must have a minimum of 2years experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in an established Event Company.
        Candidate must be very smart, confident and must be able to communicate efficiently in English Language.
        Candidate must be very good with MS Office Packages especially Power point and excel
