Description:

• Ensure all outstanding debts/rents are recovered within one and a half month;
• Ensure high maintenance of all company’s structural assets;
• Ensure all rent due should be collected on or before one month on expiration of rent;
• No property should be vacant beyond one month of tenancy expiration
• Discuss with client, terms and conditions for providing management services, and draft agreement stipulating extent and scope of management responsibilities, services to be provided and cost of services
• Generate rent and lease from potential customers
• Ensure bookkeeping functions, or credits clients account for receipts and debits account for disbursement such as rental, taxes and insurance premium payments, managements services costs, upkeep and maintenance costs
• Arrange for alterations to, or maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of property as specified in management services or lessee’s agreement.
• Prepare financial statements and reports on status of properties such as occupancy rates and date of expiration of leases
• Assist in preparing periodic inventory of building contents and property conditions and forwards listings to management for review
• Contact utility companies to arrange for transfer of service for tenants
• Assist with eviction of tenants in compliance with court order and directions from law
• Provide quarterly properties assessments report

• Manage relationship with tenants
