    Executive Director

    Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and interfacing with Departmental Heads and the company's external stakeholders. The Executive Director will oversee the implementation of policies and annual strategic plans in order to achieve the company's mission, as well as managing personnel and financial resources. S/He will oversee entire organization including personnel, facilities, communication and fiscal management. In addition, the Executive Director will insure effective associate organization and use of financial resources.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Proven successful leadership and experience in marketing, administrative management, team building,
    • financial management and organisational development are essential.
    • The Executive Director will oversee all day-to-day operations
    • Be responsible for leading the execution of strategy
    • Lead the growth of core capabilities and platforms
    • Be responsible to set the vision, practices and measures that enable the delivery ofquality solutions to clients

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • The ideal candidate must be ready to have a long term commitment to the company
    • The ideal candidate should not be more than 35 years old
    • The ideal candidate should preferably be an Expatriate
    • Experience in Engineering/Technology and Management
    • Minimum of ten to fifteen years working experience
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationship with clients, government organisations and
    • professionals
    • Must be a confident and assertive team player with good communication skills and high proficiency in computer use and multi-media applications
    • Must possess strong leadership skills
    • Paying critical attention to details, and must have excellent quantitative analytical skills and be able to approach problems logically and creatively
