Job Description

• We are currently looking to recruit a Service Delivery Officer with a business development background
• The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for delivery of quality service to clients as per contractual agreement, while managing all aspects of the team’s strategy, forecasting and delivery of execution excellence; the future growth of the established team; people management; motivation, engagement, accountability to drive high rate of clients retention and consequently revenue growth of the organisation.
