    Branch Admin Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Manage branch operations
    • Coordinating/liaising with maintenance vendors e.g Generator, A.C, and Electricals.
    • Ensuring tidy ambience of the branch at all times
    • Prepare regular reports of the status branch equipment
    • organizing fittings and any responsibility assigned by the HOD

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
    • Solid knowledge of office procedures
    • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
    • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • BSC/HND in any relevant discipline; a degree in Estate Management or a previous role in facility management or Administration is a plus.
