Interested and qualified candidates should send a Typewritten application with photocopies of relevant credentials including candidates Curriculum Vitae, LGA identification and Birth Certificate or sworn declaration of age.

Each candidate should enclose three (3) referee reports, one of which should be the candidate’s lecturer. Each candidate should also enclose a sworn affidavit of fact that he/she has not served as an intern before now and expressing readiness to be bonded to ESUT Teaching Hospital for the one year period of internship.
