General Manager at Mathills Services Limited

Mathills Services Limited is currently seeking to recruit a qualified General Manager on Behalf of our client in the Hospitality Sector. The candidate would be responsible for the overall running of the Hotel, management of the hotel staff, Finance and budgets, Marketing and sales etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations functions of the hotel
• Ensure full compliance to the hotel operating controls, policies, procedures and services standards
• Handling complaints and oversee the service recovery procedures
• Manage on-going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
• Maximizing room yield and hotels/resort revenue through innovative sales practices and yield management programs.
• Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum BSc in Hospitality Management or any relevant field
• Minimum 4years working experience in this field

• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Proficient in the use of Micro-soft office
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational, problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities

Monthy Salary of N80,000 – N100,000
