Job Description

• Process all types of visa processing e.g US, Canada, UK, Schengen, Dubai, China, etc
• Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas
• Book reservation (hotel, flight, tour)
• Filling of application form
• Provide content for social media
• Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company brochure
• Keeping clients up to date with any changes
• Dealing with complaints

Training and Knowledge

• Coaching skills
• Good written and oral English language skills
• Good PC skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet

Requirements

• Successful candidate must live in Lagos
• Minimum of 2 years work experience with a role in supervisory experience.
• With ability to work under pressure and to short lead times and working on own initiatives.
