Cloud Delivery Specialist at Aldelia Limited

Job Summary

• The Microsoft Cloud Delivery Specialist will provide operational and technical implementation, migration testing, and support of IT systems at our customers utilizing Microsoft Technologies, primarily Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Enterprise Mobility Suite and other MS technologies. Day to day activities include owning and managing Microsoft related projects, providing technical insight and guidance.
• The Microsoft Cloud Delivery Specialist will be the technical subject matter expert for delivery of Microsoft technologies.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Write solution design documents, work with internal or external technical teams on implementation efforts, and create operational handbooks
• Successfully execute cloud implementations and sign off within established project timelines
• Provide guidance to business or IT customers regarding capabilities of Microsoft products in place or available
• Manage and provide day-to-day support to users and Microsoft products in scope Good technical hands-on to deliver Microsoft cloud projects on schedule.

Job Specifications

• 2-4 years of experience in implementation, migration, Support or Systems Engineering role working with Microsoft products.
• A Bachelor degree in Computer Science related disciplines is preferred
• Microsoft Certifications will be an advantage
• Strong skills with MS Productivity tools (Windows 10, Office 365)
• Strong skills with MS Infrastructure Services (Active Directory, ADFS, SCCM, SCOM Intune, Azure AD, etc.)
• Exposure to structured systems development and project management methodologies
• Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Problem solving and the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a constantly changing environment.
• Leadership, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to perform and oversee complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects
