    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Design, implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy,maintainhistorical human resource record, keeping past and current records.
    • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements, job descriptions, maintains organization staff by facilitating recruitment, interview, selection program, conducting, analyzing exit interview and recommending changes.
    • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing, conducting orientation and placement.
    • Manage payroll, pay budget, benefit programs,ensure planning and monitoring of employee appraisal, training, coaching, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors.
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields. Professional Qualifications will also be an advantage
    • Relevant experience of 2 years as HR manager or other HR executive.
