Must possess a minimum of Trade Test, WAEC / SSCE, valid Heavy Duty Driving License (Class G national driving license), competency card/certificate for relevant equipment + 5years experience as a Crane operator in an Oil and Gas industry/Plant.
Must be able to operate complex Heavy Duty Equipment such as Rough Terrain Cranes with little or no supervision during maintenance operation.
To ensure on a daily basis routine checks are carried out.
Ensure that Forklift, Cranes and HDV used on the project are certified and fir-for-purpose in accordance to NLNG’s Life Saving Rules, Worksite Hazard Management, PTW, LMRA and correct PPE.
To competently operate Forklift, HDV and 250Ton Wheeled Cranes.
Working knowledge of oil and gas operations and safety procedures will be added advantage.
