• Social Media Skills - Active user of major social media platforms, with excellent understanding of social media values & ethics.
• Administrative Skills: Good understanding of record keeping and filling.
• Communication Skills - Excellent command of written & spoken English language, as well as telephone etiquette.
• Marketing Skills – Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques
• Organization Skills – Ability to prioritize completion of tasks in a timely and efficient manner, without supervision.
• Customer Care: Good inter-personal relationship skills.

Job Description:

Communication & Marketing

• Customer engagement (through telephone, social media, etc.)
• Email and other correspondence management
• Administration of Internal communications
• Website content management
• Preparation of Marketing plans
• Co-ordination of Marketing Activities
• Co-ordination of internal & external events

Administration

• Interaction documentation and reporting
• Incidents documentation and reporting
• Filling and record keeping.
• Preparation of management reports.
