    Office Manager

    Location: Apapa, Lagos

    Industry: Legal

    Job Description

    • Overseeing general office operations and procedures
    • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
    • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
    • Purchasing office supplies and equipment
    • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new letters.
    • Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
    • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs •
    • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
    • Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
    • Address queries regarding office management issues e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements
    • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services

    Requirements

    • A first degree
    • Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant for a legal firm is an added advantage
    • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
    • Proficiency in MS Office MS Excel and MS Outlook
    • Hands on experience with office machines e.g. fax machines and printers
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and planning skills
