    B2B Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • We are in need of a B2B Sales Executive (female). The potential candidate will be responsible for driving corporate sales across various service categories and managing the entire B2B sales of the organization.

    Job Outline

    • To play a strategic and operational role in developing the business and commercial activities, as a member of the Senior Management Team.
    • To market and sell all trading activities to an agreed annual target of invoiced revenue, to increase year on year.
    • To develop new business relationships, services and products; and generate and negotiate new contracts and income for the company to an agreed annual target of invoiced revenue, to increase year on year.
    • To oversee the effective delivery of the business and commercial activities.
    • To work with the Board of Directors and Chief Executive to devise and implement various corporate plans, reports and forecasts for the short and longer term to enhance the external profile of the business and commercial activities and maximise income generation opportunities.
    • To take responsibility for the commercial business plans and targets including income generation targets, leading the staff team to ensure these are achieved.
    • To oversee the effective and efficient delivery of the business and commercial activities including the monitoring of all income and expenditure
    • To market and sell all trading activities to an agreed annual target of invoiced revenue, to increase year on year.
    • To introduce new products and services to the external environment and take responsibility for direct selling and meeting targets.
    • To maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business.
    • To present the company with potential clients through communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
    • To actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close.
    • To be responsible for ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
    • To represent the company at meetings, events and tradeshows with a view to gaining new business leads and contacts.
    • To create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following the procedures.
    • To respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
    • To maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities and encourage and support staff and volunteers in their development and training.

    Requirements / Person Specification
    The Successful Applicant will possess the following:

    • A minimum of 3-5 years sales experience
    • Candidate must be between the age of 25-30 years.
    • Strong business acumen and market knowledge.
    • Proven sales track record.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Ability to proactively respond to customers’ needs.
    • Dynamic & charismatic personality.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Driving skills is an added advantage.
    • Minimum educational standard:  B.Sc.

    Sales Manager

    Our client is an indigenous Pharmaceuticals & Drug Company. It’s a multi-disciplinary company that was established over 20 years ago as a response to the Government invitation to private entrepreneurs to establish companies that can compete with their foreign counterparts in the delivery of quality services. Due to expansion, they are in need of a SALES MANAGER.

    Job Responsibilities.

    • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
    • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
    • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
    • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
    •  Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
    •  Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
    •  Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
    • Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward, and individual recognition
    •  Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
    • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
    • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
    • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
    • Manages customer complaints according to the organization’s approved standard operating procedures by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
    •  Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate the voice of the customer data to management
    • Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process
    • Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts
    • Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan
    •  Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
    • Maintain data relative to partners, accounts, and activities and will document customer interactions
    •  Prepare documents e.g. standard operating procedures, report templates, reports as needed.
    •  Execute other duties as may be required

    Requirements.                                                                                                  

    • Bachelor Degree / Sales MBA & Marketing or Professional Qualification is an added advantage.
    • · 4 – 6 years of pharmaceutical product sales experience.
    • Extensive Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
    • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation skills, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Customer Focused.
    • Good organization skills
    • Self-motivated
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Capability to work in a team
