Job brief

We are looking for a result driven Retail Regional Manager in the Fashion Retail Industry who will be responsible for the overall management of assigned Region. The successful candidate should be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales target and profitability goals and manage Store Managers and the Sales Associates effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, review, update and implement retail sales strategy
• Drive/ grow sales figures of stores and ensure maximum high performance for the region
• Grow the volume sales in terms of units of merchandise sold under region
• Prepare the sales data report for the region
• Manage stores under assigned region
• Train Store Staff according to the organizational sales processes
• Manage regional events: participation in planning, execution

Job Requirements

Minimum of First Degree from a Reputable Higher Institution, a Master’s degree will be an added advantage Minimum of 5 years’ quality work experience in the fashion retail industry Strong Leadership skills and business acumen Experience in managing a high-performance sales team Must possess the ability to handle presentation and facilitation of sales trainings.
