Technical Sales Manager at an Information Technology Firm

KEY RESPONSIBILIITES:

• Ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently, overseeing the administrative staff members, and handling or delegating basic office tasks.
• Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
• Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
• Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
• Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
• Creating presentations and other management-level reports
• Serving as the liaison between companies, employees, customers, vendors, and independent contractors means contract managers serve as the main facilitators for negotiations, recommendations, record keeping, monitoring, change management, and more. Further duties are
• Contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation, execution and maintenance of contractual records
• Developing and implementing corporate wide procedures and policies
• Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program
• Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
• Generate, implement and revise company policies
• Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
• Evaluate business activities/investments to assess compliance risk
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
• Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices to guarantee corporate business success growth in clearly defined periodic phases

REQUIREMENTS

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, or other related relevant fields required; along with other professional qualifications. Professional understanding and qualifications in law might be an added advantage

Experience: A minimum of 7-year experience in relevant industries, to include demonstrated leadership. Relevant managerial experience in related capacity might be an added advantage
