The Job

•     Assist in baking and comparing the performance of on-line and finished flour products
•     Carry out general housekeeping and cleaning of utensils and machines
•     Sample collection for baking from mills and packers

The Person

•     Basic verbal and written communication skills
•     Pays attention to detail
•     Works well with others and has customer-service orientation

Qualification

•     5 O’ level credits in Sciences
•     OND in any discipline, added advantage

Experience

•     Minimum one year experience
•     Knowledge of laboratory environment is an added advantage
