Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily supervision/operations of each property, maintaining properties including commercial buildings and apartment complex
• S/he will manage administration of the facilities such as, collect rent, find tenants when properties are vacant and handle evictions, whilst handling complaints, violations and other issues from residents and tenants
• The ideal candidate will also support the negotiations of contracts and be responsible for promoting good tenant experience.

Requirements

• To fit in this role, you must have a B.Sc in Estate Management or related field, with a minimum of 3 years experience with client facing in a medium to large size real estate firm
• You must also possess strong customer service, analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and deadline-driven, and have a hard line commercial orientation.

Renumeration
N80,000 monthly.

Job Description

• We are recruiting for the post of Credit Officers. These Officers will participate in the sales, administration and advertisement of Financial products.

Requirements

• If you have minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Sales agent, Credit officer or Loan Officer
• Must have Experience in and must be currently working in a Finance House or MFI
• Self-driven and organized,
• Must have had a minimum target of N5million per month
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal skill with a passion for selling, awareness and advertisement.
• Can work under pressure,
• A professional with good work ethics, then this job is for you!
• Candidates Currently working in an MFI is an added advantage.

Remuneration/Benefits

• Salary is N70,000 - N150,000 per month gross plus commission.
• HMO, Leave allowance, 13th Month are Inclusive.
