    Training Coordinator

    Job Description

    • Developing an overall business strategy for the training centre.
    • Developing instructional curriculum and materials for trainees according to OPITO standards.
    • Ensuring that training centre is maintained in line with international standards.
    • Supervising staff of the training centre to ensure that satisfactory operations and service
    • Developing and designing training plans and schedules.
    • Assessing instructional effectiveness and recommending training improvements
    • Mentor and coach other training instructors

    Qualifications

    • University degree in relevant field
    • Hold an OPITO’s Assessors Award
    • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Instructor
    • Have a Level 3 rigging Certificate
    • A proactive individual with exceptional team working skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail
