    Accountant

    Location: Ajah

    Duties

    • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information received.
    • Works closely with Admin and HR in Budget preparation and implementation for the organization.
    • Prepares accurate information for the commission system for marketers and marketing managers every month.
    • Financial adviser to the CEO.
    • Gives advice and support on loan management for staff
    • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information
    • confidential.
    • Prepares the account for external Auditors as at when due.
    • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
    • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
    • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions for both clients and petty cash spent for administrative purposes.
    • Communicate updated payment spreadsheet to customer service for follow up on a weekly basis.
    • Support HR on monthly payroll and keep organized records.
    • Process financial requisition made by all departments in the organization
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neede

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years Work experience as an Accountant
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software like Sage and QuickBooks
    • Excellent MS Excel skills including pivot tables
    • Experience with general ledger functions
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
    • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
    • In addition to the above, Professional certification will be a plus (ICAN or any other).

    Telemarketers

    Location: Ajah

    Job Description

    • Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or to make a donation.
    • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
    • Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
    • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
    • Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
    • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through
    • advertisements.
    • Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
    • Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
    • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
    • Generate Lead/sales for the Organization and report to the HR/Admin Manager on a weekly basis.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
    • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Persistent and results-oriented, patient and able to handle customers.
    • BSc or HND in any field of study

    Marketers

    Location: Ajah

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Find ways to sell our products in an economically challenging environment.
    • Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
    • Make product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources.
    • Create a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them.
    • Meet the targets given to you by the marketing manager.
    • Assist the marketing manager.
    • Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
    • Answers questions from clients on products we offer
    • And such other duties required of your position in the Company.
    • Introduce at least four new clients each month.

    Requirements

    • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
    • Proven track of successful sales record
    • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
    • Pleasant and trustworthy
    • MS Office familiarity
