Our client, a major player in the Nigerian financial sector is currently seeking to recruit smart, young and presentable graduates to fill the vacant positions of Receptionist on a 6 month contract basis.
• Greeting and welcoming visitors/clients
• Keeping record and forwarding of official messages
• Handling administrative duties
• Booking meetings
• Handling postal and courier consignments
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Keeping the reception area tidy
Remuneration is =N=700,000 for the entire period (6 months).
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Candidate must possess a minimum of BSc or HND in Business or any related discipline
Candidate should not be more than 30 years of age
Candidate must be well groomed and possess excellent communication skills, good phone etiquette and professionalism
Proficiency in the use of personal computers and Microsoft office packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is compulsory
