Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct security checks on personnel, visitors, or vehicles entering or leaving the premises.
• Respond promptly to alarms or distress calls and take appropriate action as per the established protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents, observations, and activities.
• Escort individuals or goods to designated locations when required.
• Provide assistance and guidance to visitors or employees regarding security procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies or emergency responders during incidents or emergencies.
• Perform routine inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions or defects.
• Enforce access control measures, including checking identification badges or permits.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other security personnel to ensure effective coverage of all areas.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred.
•  Knowledge of security procedures, regulations, and protocols.
• Excellent observation and surveillance skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Proficiency in operating security equipment such as CCTV cameras, metal detectors, or radios.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
