    Graphics and Social Media Executive

    Job Description:

    The successful candidate is expected to optimize value from Nigeria’s over 200million population and has detailed knowledge of our products/services, value offering and industry competitor information. The Graphics and Social Media Executive must have expertise with content development, social media and e-marketing; good command of English language and ability to relate products/services with changing industry trends and events in Nigeria/globally. Excellent Graphic skills using multiple software is mandatory.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Creates company brand footprints, increasing visibility and credibility for the brand in creating top-of mind awareness and creating emotional connection with the brand.
    • Effectively communicates company bouquet of services in creating buzz around company brand, reinforce commitments to clients and achieve higher share of voice above competition in the media
    • Manages the website and all social media accounts of the company – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
    • Develops creative contents for company website and online media channels that aptly communicates company’s messages to targeted audiences
    • Creates original and attractive Graphics and Digital Creative Designs to promote and market the company brand/business via major online media channels
    • Develops creative contents, initiates and manages online marketing campaigns to targeted audiences via various channels - Mail Chimp, Newsletters, Bulk SMS etc., and maintains statistical records on the campaigns’ outcomes
    • Appraises and adjusts e-marketing campaigns and strategies in response to collated data and other feedback
    • Develops weekly and monthly online business marketing strategy and produces weekly/monthly performance report for Management
    • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form online marketing strategies
    • Oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website contents, sponsored online advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
    • Works within the company budget to develop cost-effective e-marketing plans for each company product or service
    • Tracks all digital marketing and sales data and prepares reports for Management
    • Develops, deploys, manages and advices Management on all content marketing, Digital creative designs, Email Newsletter Creative Designs, online social media integration and any other as may be assigned.

    • Email Newsletter and Marketing
    • Brochure Creative Design
    • Digital Creative Design
    • Online Community Management
    • Website Contents Development and Management

    Minimum Qualification:

    • B.Sc., B.A or HND in any related discipline
    • Training in Graphic Design
    • Training in Social Media and Online Marketing

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role or relevant career field
    • Proven graphic design and social media marketing experience with a strong portfolio
    • Knowledge of SEO, HTML and CSS Visual Design a plus

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    • Must be knowledgeable in: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, Creative Content Development & Writing, Website Contents Management, Social Media, Online Marketing etc.
    • Knowledgeable in leading design software
    • Excellent graphic design, identity design, and branding skills
    • Exceptional visual messaging and communication skills
    • Excellent computer skills
    • High proficiency in MS office suite
    • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Excellent team work and interpersonal relationship skills
    • Ability to multi-task and deliver job on schedule
    • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
    • Ability to analyze situations, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions within global standards (where applicable)
    • Ability to interpret guidelines and analyze factual information to adapt or modify processes in response to changing circumstances
    • Ability to work under pressure during peak workload periods
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Ability to use initiative on the job
