    Project Architect

    Details:

    The Project Architect provides technical and administrative support to the project team and manages scope projects as outlined in the list of duties and responsibilities

    STATUS: Exempt SUMMARY Provides project leadership and documentation coordination.

    • Position requires leading project teams as they develop design drawings, technical documentation and construction administration phase documents. Preparation of project-related correspondence; letter, memo or e-mail
    • Consistent follow up with vendors on all project related action items
    • Process technical product and shop drawing submittals electronically
    • Distribution and tracking of project related technical materials in conjunction with the Project Manager
    • Maintenance of all project logs utilizing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets including request for information, proposal request, cost event, project cost reports, etc.
    • Assist in tracking and review of change orders
    • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of meetings
    • Assist in the coordination and preparation of monthly project progress reports; i.e., projected cost reports, schedules and status reports
    • Updating contract documents during construction
    • Attendance at project meetings. Produce and distribute meeting minutes 11. Process and track vendor invoices
    • Quantity take off and cost estimating
    •  Develop and update project schedules
    • Produce plans and sketches in AutoCAD Lite and Adobe Acrobat
    • Produce renderings
    • Produce closeout manuals
    • Maintenance of company’s FTP site for posting of bids and technical project data
    • Management of select limited scope projects
    • All other duties as assigned

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Includes the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)

    • Leads production of schematic design, design development and construction documents
    • Reviews documents for quality control evaluations
    • Supervises project team
    • Coordinates and maintains project schedule
    • Meets with clients Coordinates with consultants
    • Meets with suppliers and vendors
    • Oversees construction phases of projects
    • Actively seeks new design and construction methods
    • Ensures close-out documentation and project archives are completed
    • Occasional travel required

    Salary Range – NGN50,000-NGN100,000

    We are looking for a highly organized, determined and passionate Marketing Executive to join our busy Marketing team. The Marketing Executive will be providing support to implement the marketing strategy for Bounce and reporting to the Marketing Manager on all marketing tasks. This role requires meticulous time management and the ability to deliver various tasks within deadlines.     Marketing

    • Design and co-ordinate regular electronic mailout initiatives
    • Prepare marketing statistics and assessing the results of marketing campaigns
    • Draft promotional material and liaise with the designer and printers for production
    • Achieve sign off of all marketing materials via General Manager or Managing Director
    • Manage the marketing database and email distribution list including new subscriptions, opt-outs and bounce backs
    • Develop and maximize internet presence, improving search rankings & visibility
    • Constant monitoring and liaising with external websites regarding listings
    • Editing and producing all internal venue collateral, eg menus, table signs, etc.

    • Ensure press and media contacts are kept updated with promotional info
    • Develop press relations

    • Manage online media page / creating content for newsroom
    • Contribute to developing in-house PR strategies and campaigns
    • Create press releases (with training) and distribute
    • Attend press/ media /public relations events to represent the company Internal communications and administrative

    • Monitor website analytics and report back as required
    • Supporting senior management with administrative duties
