The Job

• Carry out analysis of automation systems and troubleshoot. 
• Repair faults or damages on the Process, Silo and Packing machines.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and other maintenance activities on machines.
• Set up and adjust metalworking machines and equipment
• Operate machines to produce parts or tools by turning, boring, milling, planning, shaping, slotting, grinding or drilling metal stock or components
• Dismantle faulty tools, assemble and repair or replace defective parts.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

• OND in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 O’ level credits including English and  Mathematics in not more than two sittings.

Experience:

• 2 years related experience

The Person MUST:

• Be physically fit.
• Have good communication skills.
• Have good mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting abilities

The Job

• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems in the Plant.
• Carry out planned maintenance on the Process, Silo and Packing  machines.
• Ensure electrical systems are running efficiently in a safe mode.
• Maintain proper record and comprehensive report of breakdown, spare part used, disconnected motors and time taken for job completion.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

• 5 O’ level credits including English and  Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
• OND in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

• 2 years related experience.

• Be physically fit.

The Job

• Carry out effective operations of the process lines in order to produce standard quality products in line with SOPs.
• Program and operate the facility’s computer system that operates the machinery.
• Carry out effective process control by constantly monitoring process variables against set points.

The Job

• Operate the packing machine in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Perform autonomous maintenance on the packing machine to prevent breakdown.
• Monitor product quality to identify deviations from specification.

The Job

• Supervise the activities of the process operators, silo operators and die washing Operator in order to ensure that the lines are operated in line with SOPs.
• Liaise with the quality control department in order to ensure that good quality products are produced.
• Monitor the operation of the process/production machines in order to ensure smooth and continuous flow of production.
• Implement the production plan as laid out in the production schedule.
• Provide information on line stoppages and faults prior to Planned Preventive Maintenance.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

• 5 O’ level credits including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
• B.Sc./HND in Science or Engineering related disciplines

Experience:

• 2 years relevant experience in related industry.
