Job Description

• Be a major participant in driving the organization’s Vision and Mission
• Manage/Develop client relationships with existing and new clients
• Meet clients’ need by ensuring they are satisfied, resulting in profits for the organization
• Contribute to the development and driving of Business development initiatives
• Design, develop and deliver presentations and proposals on behalf of the company
• Liaise with suppliers/consultants on projects

Requirements and Skills

• Must have a B.Sc or HND in Arts/ Social Sciences, additional qualification is an added advantage
• Must have minimum of 2 years cognitive experience/hands on experience
• Must be between 21-26 years
• Must live in Lagos (Agege, Oshodi, Ikeja, Ogba, Ojodu Berger) as the company is situated in Ogba
• Ability to deliver presentations in front of varying audiences if needed
• Ability to work under less or no supervision
• Excellent business awareness skills: Ability to understand implications of business decision
• Display orientation to profitability and able to align work with strategic goals
• Able to establish and cultivate relationships with company’s clients
• Presentation and proposal development skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and get clarifications

Overall Job Position Objectives

• To achieve prudent financial Management, safeguarding all assets and ensuring no financial loss to the company.
• To ensure that Management obtains consistently; timely, accurate, complete and relevant financial information for decision making and planning purposes.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Providing direction in establishing accounting objectives and policies
• Planning and Coordination of the annual budgeting process as well as directing and providing the accounting and fiscal data needed to meet the company’s strategic and operational objectives
• Responsible for all phases of reviews of financial and internal controls to determine whether such controls are adequate to meet management objectives
• Preparation of Management Account Reports
• General Ledger Management
• Billing, Revenue And Receivables Management
• Expenditure And Accounts Payable Management
• Payrolls And Staff Compensation Payments
• Treasury & Liquidity Management
• Bank Reconciliation Management
• Managing Statutory & Regulatory Compliance- Taxes, Pension, etc
• Fixed Assets Management- Fixed assets schedules, identification, insurance e.t.c

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
• ICAN or ACCA is a must
• 4 Years minimum experience; 2 of which must be post ACA
