  • Our client is a world class and fast growing Group of farms. To meet
    its growth needs, it now requires experienced, honest and self motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

    - GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS

    The General Manager is a key executive within the company. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, he or she will be accountable to the business for achieving sales targets and for managing client relationships. Specifically,
    i. Will build strong value-based relationships at all levels and across all relevant departments/divisions
    ii. Will drive on-going design and implement strong methodology and processes, ensuring that all programmes meet the company's forward and backward stress testing standards
    iii. You will provide analytical support to our consultants.
    iv. You will also provide strategic reports in areas of leadership, business transformation, financial performance and productivity analysis
    v. Identify new product and market opportunities
    vi. Create demand for all company products
    vii. Develop an account plan for all clients. Update weekly and monthly as required

    SKILL/COMPETENCIES
    While diploma and degree holders will be preferred for the position, emphasis will be placed on:
    • Demonstrable knowledge of Aqua Culture
    • Circulatory Ponds – capacity for 210,000 fishes
    • Circulatory Hatchery
    • Bio-Towers
    • Capacity to hatch 500,000 fingerlings per annum
    • Demonstrable knowledge of Piggery and other livestock
    operations
    • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
    • Demonstrable ability to lead and develop staff members
    • Negotiation and persuasion skiIIs
    • Good organizatlon, leadership and supervisory skills
    • Self confident and aggressive in pursuing targets


    - SUPERVISORS
    Reports to General Manager Operations

    SKILL/COMPETENCIES

    Salary and compensation are negotiable but commensurate with qualification and experience.
    Position is based in Abuja.
