JD:

• Responsible for ensuring that employers and workers comply with safety legislation and that safety policies and practices are adopted and adhered to.
• To establish Project HSE Plan including HSE Policy (based on Corp. QHSE Policy) and continually improve it.
• Assist and coordinate with the Project Manager and all personnel assigned to the project in establishing an overall Project HSE Management Plan based on Companies IMS Management standards and Project requirements.
• Advise on setting up the improvement guidelines for Project HSE Management System to project employees. Ensure improvements are implemented and results are feedback to employees.

JS:

• Minimum of first Degree in Engineering, Sciences or related discipline.
• NEBOSH, OHSAS 18001
• HSE Competence Development (Level 3)
• NISP HSE LEVEL 3
• Fire/Safety Watch Training
• Incident Reporting & Investigation
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HSE functions within the Oil and Gas industry

Job Summary  & Purpose:

To implement and monitor the planning processes to ensure efficient delivery of the engineering plan in order to meet the business, safety, environmental, Financial and Operational objectives at minimum cost and in the safest manner.

#Responsibilities:

• Understands work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering, manufacturing and construction disciplines.
• Conducts field scoping to clarify scope as required.
• Understands WBS structure, and work with management and project/maintenance team  in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling ,cost estimating and project control.
• Prepares and manages overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software.

• Sound knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment Standards and Procedures.
• Good understanding of engineering, procurement and construction practices.

• Survival at Sea (SAS)
• 8 years relevant experience in a similar role preferably in Marine/Oil & Gas Industry
