    Production and Maintenance Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Production and Maintenance Manager shall have Overall responsibility/ownership for safe operation, production and maintenance activities/tasks in the plant operational area

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for a functional O&M department capable of supporting LNG production on a 24 hour continuous basis.
    • Develop and implement maintenance management system in conjunction with maintenance manager
    • Develop and take ownership of O&M manuals and procedures and ensure available resources to support safe O&M activities
    • Set KPI for all O&M positions and activities
    • Owner of PTW including functionality/improvements, isolation's standards competencies, issuing precautions, compliance, auditing, PTW manuals and authorizations

    Maintenance Coordinator

    Job Summary

    • Maintenance Coordinator shall support the Planning Department at the LNG facility in providing safe, efficient, reliable, and financially sound operations
    • He shall report to the Maintenance Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Shall coordinate scheduled inspections and corrective maintenance based on manufacturer recommendations, best practices, and regulatory requirements
    • Develop and maintain equipment records, maintenance plans procedures, schedules, and test forms within the SAP Plant Maintenance Module

    Shift Production Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • Shift Production Supervisor shall ensure agreed Production volumes are met, in a safe and sustainable manner with no incidents or harm to the environment, people or the asset through developed and motivated staff.

    Planner/Scheduler

    Job Summary

    • The Planner/Scheduler shall be responsible for developing short and long term Production Forecast, Gas Schedules and for monitoring the LNG and LPG inventories.

    Responsibilities

    • Planner/Scheduler shall be responsible for the preparation and timely issue of all assigned Production Forecast reports, as they relate to the Facility production and performance, at frequencies as dictated by the relevant Business Process and Contractual Sales and Use Agreements
    • Planner/Scheduler will also be responsible for compiling all relevant data, as they relate to historical and projected facility production, performance KPIS, and projected scheduled maintenance interventions in order to issue, develop and maintain a required Production Plans and Gas Schedules

    • Planner/Scheduler shall take Lead Role in the preparation of all short term and tong term Production forecast and schedules including, but not limited to, the Five Year Production Plans, Annual Production Plans, Ninety Day Forecast and Weekly and Daily Gas Supply Schedules, LNG and LPG Transportation/lifting Schedules.

    • The Maintenance Technician shall be a member of multi-disciplined crew responsible for the mainterience of Greenville liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant
    • The LNG Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

    Responsibilities

    • The LNG Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance of pumps, compressors, valves, fans, coolers, loading arms, motors, transformers, gas engines, diesel generators, 11KV Circuit breakers, incomers, bus couplers, relays, pressure, level and temperature transmitters/gauges, flow meters, metering station, PLC, SCADA and Weigh bridge
    • Power plant technician shall be responsible for operation and maintenance of Jenbacher gas engines, diesel generators, power synchronisation panels, power distribution and utilities
    • Maintaining drawings and configuration documentation as related to instrumentation, mechanical and electrical scope
    • Basic understanding of LNG/Gas plant operations.

    HSE Manager

    • The HSE Manager Shall be responsible for the development, implementation, communication and coordination of all environmental, health, and safety programs of the company

    Chemical Laboratory Engineer

    • The Chemical Laboratory Engineer shall be responsible for the chemical laboratory operations to achieve the production targets, and providing non delayed services.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage ongoing optimization of production chemical program, including chemical injection rates and pumps

    Project Engineer

    • The Project Engineer shall be responsible for the planning, management, coordination, evaluation and financial control of all LNG Storage and regasification projects at client’s premises

    Electrical Engineer

    • The Electrical Engineer shall be responsible for the preparation of proposals (electrical design, specifications, estimation/load calculations) to clients for the purpose of providing solutions to their power generation needs ranging from 3 to 30mw using LNG powered generators and/or gas engines/turbines.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications
    • Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements
    • Develop electrical installation budgets, estimating labour, material, and construction costs,
    • Direct and coordinate procurement, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements
    • Perform post-installation maintenance and support service, investigate customer complaints, determine nature and extent of problem, and recommend remedial measures.

    • The ideal candidate must be a COREN certified Engineer with minimum of 10 years experience in Engineering, proposal and client relations management in the power sector
    • Must be experienced in gas engines Such as GE/Jenbacher and Wartsila

    Senior Safety Case Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The Senior Safety Case Engineer shall be responsible for the preparation submission and approval by regulatory and certified
    • bodies such as DPR, FME, and other regulators' relevant process and HSE documents such as HSE Case and Operability Study necessary to obtain approvals.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare documents and demonstrate with supporting documents that a safety management system is in place and followed
    • Conduct regular safety reviews and quality control on design, Engineering, construction, testing commissioning, and start-up activities
    • Ensure that all hazards identified during the review process are closed-out

    • Must be experienced in preparation of documents/reports such as Basis of Design, P&ID, Safety Requirements and Safeguarding Philosophy, Operating and Maintenance Philosophy, Environmental Management Philosophy, Compliance to EIA Requirements, Safety Critical Equipment, Risks Assessment with Hazard Control and Mitigation plans, Design Safety Review Reports, HAZID, HAZAN, HAZOP Studies and reports, Emergency Response Procedures SIL, Safety Design, ALARP, LOPA, Bow-tie workshop, facility management system description, Format Safety Assessment (FSA) description, Hazard registers, Bow-tie diagrams, and AS-built documentations

    LNG DCS/Field Operator

    Job Summary

    • The DCS/Field Operator shall be responsible for the safe and efficient daily operation of all process facilities, safety systems and utilities to ensure production of LNG in accordance with production plans, targets and specifications
    • Reporting to the Shift Production Supervisor.

    Responsibilities

    • Control operation of the Plant through DCS/SCADA system by monitoring and controlling of all process parameters and ensure product specifications are met
    • Submit and sign all logs/reports and maintain all relevant records of information
    • DCS Operator shall submit daily reports and other required reports in a timely manner
    • Ensure the effective control during process upset
    • Ensure the equipment and systems are available and fit for purpose and initiate corrective action as required
    • Respond to any emergency situation to provide the first line emergency response in accordance with the emergency procedures and to assist local emergency services under direction of the Shift Production Supervisor if required
    • Report or communicate any abnormal condition or potential equipment failure that could cause unsafe operation or affect product quality or quantity and take effective action as directed by the Shift Production Supervisor.

    • The ideal candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline with 8 years hands-on experience in LNG operation and maintenance tasks
    • Must have knowledge of pumps, compressors, heat ex-changers, absorbers and metering stations

    HSE Engineer

    Job Code: HE-15

    Job Summary

    • The HSE Engineer shall be responsible for the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures that will promote efficient performance of production and maintenance activities of the plant.

    Responsibilties

    • Develop and ensure that the LNG production, loading and operations related HSE Policies procedures and strategic objectives are developed, signed off and reviewed periodically in conjunction with production and maintenance department
    • Perform relevant HSE studies/reviews such as operability studies, HSE Case and HAZID studies on the plant
    • Implement safety measures such as emergency shutdown and depressurization
    • The Safety Engineer shall work with Production Engineers to ensure that machinery, chemicals and equipment do not cause harm to people or property
    • Conduct tests to ascertain safety parameters, such as emissions, chemical leaks and air quality are within limits
    • They also investigate accidents and injuries, and implement corrective actions that comply with state safety regulations
    • HSE Engineer shall conduct statistical analysis to establish the level of safety awareness in the plant and identify employees at the highest risk of chemical, flame and explosive hazards and possible mitigating actions
    • Conduct risk assessment and prepare JHA and support the production and maintenance team in preparation of method statement for each task.

    Qualification and Personal Attributes

    • The ideal candidate must possess a Degree in any Engineering discipline with at least 10 years experience in Oil and Gas, out of which 5 years must be HSE manager role in LNG operation and maintenance or process plant
