Job Summary

• The HSE Manager Shall be responsible for the development, implementation, communication and coordination of all environmental, health, and safety programs of the company
• The HSE Manager will review and update Institutional HSE policies and conduct risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures on behalf of Greenville.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of HSE Systems, processes, plans and procedures that will support operational activities
• Ensuring operational 145€ support systems arid processes are consistent and aligned with operational and corporate stan,darris
• Assist various management teams in the application of the HSE systems and processes (i.e. Incident Hazard reporting, JHA, JSA, BBS, etc.) through application, review and improvement processes to drive HSE performance improvements
• Provide clear communication to the various projects on all HSE initiatives, strategies and issue resolution
• Prepares monthly reports and makes presentations to Management to indicate day-to-day workplace inspection results and workers response to safety incidents etc.
• Identification of HSE training needs, preparation & implementation of annual HSE Training Calendar, Liaison & interaction with consultants, clients and external legal/regulatory agencies.

Qualification and Personal Attributes

• The ideal candidate must possess a Degree in any Engineering discipline with at least 10 years experience in Oil and Gas, out of which 5 years must be HSE manager role in LNG operation and maintenance or process plant
• The ideal candidate must be certified by NEBOSH/IOSH
• Working knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems, Environmental Discharges, Incident Command System, Incident Investigation by using Tripod Beta Tool, HSE Auditing Techniques, HEMP, Radiological Safety, etc.
• Expertise in Process Hazard Assessments (PHAs) of project processes, developing and implementing Safety Philosophies, and assessing equipment reliability (mechanical integrity) systems.
