    Sales Manager

    Description:
    Our Client, a service rendering firm, as part of its expansionary drive, the company is desirous of recruiting a Sales Manager to help achieve its organisational goals.

    Job Summary: The Sales Manager will implement and evaluate action plans for sales strategy and coordinate the activities of sales team leads and sales executives ad monitoring of the Private sector sales team.

    Job Description:

    • Provide necessary and adequate support to the Private sector sales team
    • Train, coach and evaluate performance of sales executives.
    • Regularly engage and train sales agents
    • Ensure deeper penetration into the informal sector market
    • Manage third party sales vendors appropriately
    • Ensure recruitment and engagement of sales agents
    • Ensure timely submission of collated sales report

    Job Qualification:

    • First degree in any field
    • Experience in sales in FMCG, service industry and retail sales will be an added advantage
    • Not less than 8 years cognate experience in Sales/Marketing
    • Not less than 35 years old

    • Corporate and youth (Private sector)
    • Finesse
    • Knowledge of the Organized Private Sector(OPS)
    • Results-oriented
    • Social Media Savvy
    • Affinity Group(Informal Sector
    • Grass-Roots Oriented
    • Understanding of local language and culture
    • Knowledge of the Informal Sector
