Salon Manager at Excel and Grace Consulting

Location: Woji, Port Harcourt-Rivers

Duties and Responsibilities

• Have oversight over all staff
• Ensure staff efficiency and productivity
• Monitor processes and create reports
• Manage relationship with existing client
• Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of all customer complaints/issues

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience.
• Should have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in any leadership capacity is an added advantage.
• Should be a resident of Port Harcourt in the Woji, Artillery, Elelenwo, Slaughter Axis.
