- Ensuring sound and transparent administration of funds by providing accounting and financial management consistent with Action Against Hunger's financial management framework and local legislation.
Key Activities in your Role will include:
- Consolidate the Base accounts monthly.
- Responsible for Base Tax operation.
- Contribute to Grant financial management, donors compliance & budget analysis.
- Treasury forecast & cash management.
- Capacity building for finance staff.
- Supervision & Team Management.
- Conduct internal Audits.
- Management of fraud and corruption cases.

Job Summary
The Community Mobilization Assistant will support the Community Mobilization Officer in delivering all outputs of the CDGP projects at the local government level. He/she will provide support to the implementation of project's community mobilization strategy for nutritional education and counseling and also be responsible for ensuring the process of identifying, enrollment and training of target beneficiaries are carried out. The Community Mobilization Assistant will also work closely with the Nutrition Team to ensure the formation of IYCF mother support groups.
The successful candidate will;
- Have a minimum of HND in Health Education or related field.
- Have experience in CMAM/IYCF and community mobilization.
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience within the humanitarian sector preferably.
- Have the ability and willingness to frequently travel to villages and stay at the field.

Job Summary
The Cash Deputy Program Manager will play a key role in implementing the PROTECT IDP response in MMC/JERE (LGAs) Borno, in North-Eastern Nigeria and support the planning and implementation of multi-sectoral cash transfer activities. He/she will also be responsible for identifying program implementation modalities that enhance partnership & coordination with government officials and local communities, internal integration within sectors and other programs (Nutrition, WASH, FSL, NFIs, etc.). The Cash Deputy Program Manager will work closely with the Monitoring and Evaluation team, conduct regular field visit and provide technical support to field based team.
The Successful Candidate Will;
- Have a minimum of bachelor's degree in FSL related studies e.g. agro-economy, agriculture, natural resource management, anthropology, and at least first level CALP (cash learning program).
- Have a minimum of two years’ relevant working experience in humanitarian contexts, with at least 1 year in conflict/insecure contexts.
- Have excellent team, budget and project management and representation competencies.
- Have previous experience with cash transfer program.
- Have excellent Microsoft office skills.
- Be willing and able to be based and travel regularly within remote areas where sevices are limited.
- Have previous experience in activity reporting and managing multi sector cash transfer programs (i.e. cash transfers or vouchers for nutrition, FSL, WASH, NFI, etc.).
- Have experience in implementing programming on behalf of donor (i.e. USAID, ECHO, DFID, CIDA) funded activities.

Job Summary
The Health Officer will be based in Maiduguri, Borno State and report to the Nutrition Deputy Program Manager. He/she will support the implementation of health component and community approach through regular contact and exchange with community and identify the community volunteers to be trained for acute malnutrition case identification and referral as well as public health promotion activities. The Health Officer will participate in the design and implementation of training workshops for community volunteers and also conduct regular monitoring and supervision in respective hospitals to ensure quality of CMAM In-Patient services.

The Cash Assistant will support the Cash Officer in the management and implementation of the cash and voucher funded projects to improve food access and nutrition for vulnerable displaced and host populations programme in North- Eastern Nigeria at the community (LGA) level. Job Summary
The Health Assistant will be based in Maiduguri, Borno state, with frequent travel to the field. He/she will report to the Health Officer and also provide support in implementing community health groups (CHGs) within the population for each health facility targeted by CMAM. In collaboration with the community volunteers and as needed the health facility staffs, mobilizes the community for nutrition activities (detection of case, referral, follow-up). The Health Assistant will support the community volunteers in building up of the community mobilization network system in communities and follow-up implementation of activities.
