    Crane Operator, Ibese

    The Crane Operator is responsible for operating the crane and any other lifting equipment to lift, move, load, and position materials safely within the worksite. The Crane Operator ensures efficient material handling while strictly following safety guidelines, equipment standards, and site procedures.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Perform daily safety inspections, check the crane and other lifting equipment working conditions, and report any maintenance issues.
    • Safely and efficiently ensure the crane and other electrical lifting equipment operates in coordination with ground personnel.
    • Maintain logs of lifting operations, incidents, and daily equipment checklists.
    • Support material movement for production, maintenance, and other teams.
    • Carry out all work in compliance to all Management Systems.
    • Carry out all work in compliance to Plant safety regulations.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager, Workshop & utility.    

    Key Requirements

    Academic / Professional Qualifications

    • Must be able to operate 135T Demag crane with manual levers.
    • Should also be able to operate forklift and Hydra.
    • Trade Test in equipment operation.
    • Good practical and technical skills.
    • Communication skills.
    • Awareness of health, safety, and environmental practices.

    Deputy Regional Director, Imo State

    Job Summary: 

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual for the position of Deputy Regional Director, Sales and Distribution. As the Deputy Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales and distribution activities in a designated region. You will work closely with the Regional Director to develop and implement sales strategies, manage key customer accounts, and drive revenue growth in the region. 

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Regional Director in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Manage and oversee the sales team in the region, providing guidance and support to ensure performance targets are met.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market penetration and increase sales.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Regional Director.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to ensure effective coordination and execution of sales and distribution activities.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Education and Work Experience 

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 18 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in a managerial role.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of the industry and market dynamics.
