 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountant will provide financial information to the management by researching, analyzing accounting data and preparing reports to the manufacturing environment.

JOB DUTIES

• Analyzing data collected and recording results
• Planning, studying and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
• Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost
• Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures
• Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
• Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
• Making estimates of new and proposed product costs
• Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services
• Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger
• Maintaining Cost Accounting System
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Reconciles finished goods inventories
• Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Cost Accounting specifically in a manufacturing environment.
• Must understand costing and other financial implications in a manufacturing setting.
• Qualification; HND/BSC/MSC in Accounting or other related field
• Candidate must be proactive and be willing to work.

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Farm managers are responsible for planning, organizing and managing the activities of the farm.

JOB DUTIES:

• Plans production to maintain farm progress against budget parameters
• Markets the farm's products
• Plans activities for trainee staff, mentoring and monitoring them
• Ensures that farm activities comply with government regulations
• Arranges the maintenance and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment
• Make sure products are ready for deadlines, such as auctions and markets
• Arranges supplies, such as fertiliser and seeds
• Maintains a knowledge of pests and diseases and an understanding of how they spread and how to treat them
• Applies health and safety standards across the farm estate
• Maintains and monitors the quality of yield
• Understands the implications of the weather and making contingency plans
• Protects the environment and maintaining biodiversity

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Vast experience in farming (specifically cassava cultivation).
• Experienced in handling of farm mechanized machines; planters, tractors etc.
• Should have 27-30 tonnes of hectare cassava farm cultivation verifiable experience.
• At least 5 years of experience specifically in an Agricultural environment.
• Qualification: HND/BSC/MSC in Agricultural related field
• Candidate must be proactive, willing to work and must be customer focused
