    Sales Consultant

    Job Summary

    Our Client REDOT( Maxystuff) needs the services of a Sales Consultant.The Sales Consultant will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining customer satisfaction and meet company’s goal of driving sales and ensuring rapid and sustainable growth. 

    Nature of Role
    Full Time.

    12 months renewable contract.

    Organizational Relationships

    Directly reports to: Country Manager

    Supervises: None

    Specific Duties & Responsibilities

    • High ability to drive sales and meet set targets.
    • You will play a central role in generating awareness, providing information and increasingly act as a sales platform for the business.
    • Developing & Managing relationship with all our client contacts and key accounts.
    • Promote products and services to customers.
    • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
    • Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
    • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
    • Maintains quality product knowledge by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
    • Collects customer data and analyses interactions, uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.

    Qualification & Experience

    • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
    • HND or BSc in any field. 

    Required Skills

    • Ability to use Microsoft office applications.
    • Time management skills.
    • Good attention to details.Fast learner
    • Adequate knowledge of market trends
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Organized and flexible.
    • Ability to work autonomously.
    • Have a high energy level.

    Digital Community Executive

    Job Summary
    Our Client REDOT( Maxystuff) needs the services of aDigital Community Executive.The Digital Community Executive must be up to date about what is happening in the fast changing world of social and digital media, what competitors are doing and what new measurement tools are being used.He/she will work to identify a target market, create a brand image, and create and maintain a marketing campaign for Redot’s internet and digital technologies.

    Nature of Role
    Full Time.

    12 months renewable contract.

    Organizational Relationships

    Directly reports to: Head, Digital Strategy

     Supervises: None

    Specific Duties & Responsibilities

    • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
    • Must be fully knowledgeable about business in general, with emphasis on social/digital marketing.
    •  Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
    • Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, using this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
    • Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms.
    • Increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
    • Developing & managing the relationship with all our client contacts.
    • Attend weekly or any Adhoc meetings with the clients.
    • Creation of weekly and monthly project reports to the client.
    • Manage all end-to-end aspects of any REDOT project in Nigeria.
    • Liaise closely with the London office on all aspects of the business.
    • Manage account receivables for the business and ensure that REDOT gets paid for all project as at when due.

    Qualification & Experience

    • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
    • HND or BSc in any field.
    • Training in digital marketing will be an added advantage.

    • Ability to use Microsoft office and photoshop
    • Organizational and reporting Skills.
    • High knowledge of social media platforms.
    • Time management skills.
    • High attention to details.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work autonomously.
