Receive diesel intervention approval and inform Procurement team of need to contact Site Maintenance Contractors (SMCs) to supply diesel.
Notify Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to take delivery of diesel to site.
Monitor and track diesel deliveries.
Sign Final Acceptance Certificates and forward to HQ.
Work with Central Diesel Planning (Operations) and Diesel Procurement Management (Supply Chain) to ensure diesel allocation reporting is accurate and complete.
Assist the Regional Logistics Coordinator to ensure the right amount of diesel is supplied to sites.
Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of signed diesel waybills as submitted by vendors and/ or FSEs.
Prepare and submit diesel availability reports to the Regional Logistics Specialist.
Manage relationships with partners and vendors.
Perform other tasks and duties assigned by the Regional Logistics Specialis
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
