    Project Officer

    Job Description

    • To be the primary point of contact for the interpretation of a client’s preference towards understanding the    required services for managing or beautifying the space
    • To keep an active history of each client’s order or request
    • Visit client for consultation and convert (+ submit) request to client for approval and Sales to pick up and complete         
    • Minimizes our exposure and risk on project by highlighting salient points of a project    
    • Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project
    • Assures project legal documents are completed and signed – based on proposed drawings
    •  Manages project budget as approved for each project (inclusive of travelling / consulting expenses, e.t.c.)
    •  Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices for consulting.
    • Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization and communicate variances or other concerns

    Qualification

    • BSc/Msc Architecture or Civil Engineering
    • Ceertification or Interest in space planning
    • Minimum of 3 years drawing experience, minimum of which at least 1 must have been in related role 
    • Very good with Auto Card and other project designing software

    Procurement Officer

    Job Description

    • Process requests to purchase materials for production
    • Generate and submit LPOs to suppliers and vendors
    • Source for the best products at the best price under the best terms and conditions
    • Liaise with all clearing and forwarding agents, customs agents etc
    • Interface with suppliers and vendors regularly for market and product knowledge
    • Conduct regular open market survey through internet research and enquiries
    • Register suppliers and vendors
    • Ensure timely supply of goods and raw materials to the factory for production
    • Manage vendor and suppliers data
    • Handles negotiations and advises management on price change or variation
    • Handles communication with suppliers
    • Any other duty assigned

    Sales & Marketing Manager

    Job Description

    • Perform Sales & marketing activities in relations to business development to establish new clients & business opportunities
    • Source for new clients, sales avenues and project opportunities
    • Establish marketing strategy for all online retail platforms for generating income for the company through online sales
    • Engage in online business development activities through web based campaigns and advertising
    •  Develop marketing materials like newsletter, web banner, fliers etc
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns
    • Develop and implement social media engagement and brand awareness campaign
    • Source for online opportunities on web platform like social media, blogs
    • Manage client communication and public relations through. SMS, Email
    • Improve the company web presence through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
    • Liaise with consultant on Branding, Marketing, Website Development and Public Relations
    • Propose promotions during festive and high traffic seasons
    • Other duty assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bsc/Msc Marketing or any related course
    • 5 - 10 years working experience in marketing with achievements
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
