    Office Assistant

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
    • Take and distribute accurate messages to staff and external guest
    • Bring to important information (property/office maintenance) to Admin Officer’s notice
    • Greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member
    • Coordinate messenger and courier service
    • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
    • Prepare outgoing mail and take out for distribution where necessary
    • Assist members of staff in scanning and copying documents
    • Assist members of staff in running office errands e.g. meal run, errand to office suppliers et al
    • Assist in maintaining office filing and storage systems
    • Retrieve information when requested
    • Co-ordinate and maintain staff administrative records such as staff parking, staff phones and company credit cards
    • Assist with event planning and implementation
    • Assist in monthly cleaning exercise of office
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies
    • Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank
    • Assist in keeping office area clean and tidy
    • All other tasks as may be assigned by management
    • Proximity to Lekki area is a big advantage

    Education and Experience
    • SSCE, ND or equivalent
    • Previous office experience is an advantage
    • Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
    • Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
    • Numeracy and literacy skills
