    .This rapidly growing, entrepreneurial business based in Chevron Lekki is looking to recruit a Human Resource officer. With aspirations to continue to expand and increase its  reach the business are looking for an HR professional with strong commercial acumen who can strategically assess what is required from HR and develop and deliver the People Strategy.
    Working with the senior leaders you will take responsibility for developing and implementing a people strategy in line with the strategic business plan; lead and develop an HR team providing a wideranging generalist HR service providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR solutions.
    Key responsibilities:

    • Define a strong talent brand together with robust attraction and retention strategies
    • Develops practical performance management processes
    • Develops effective internal communications programmes
    • Create a talent identification programme and planning for succession
    • Build reward philosophies and programmes to energise individual and team performance
    • Lead a focused, flexible and resourceful HR providing a diverse generalist HR Service
    • The ideal candidate profile will include:
    • Previous experience of supporting a business through a period of high growth
    • A track record of developing and implementing HR strategy
    • Developing HR policy and processes
