    Director General / Chief Executive Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for development of current and long-term organizational goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures.
    • Successful candidate must have strong organizational, administrative, and financial management skills. The CEO will be comfortable with hands-on role and be willing to do the essential tasks required to meet set goals of the organisation.
    • Successful candidate should be able to resourcefully engage and mobilise other key executives to achieve results. The CEO should be an interdisciplinary and creative thinker who can be innovative . as well as pragmatic an issues across various sectors of society.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills are critical to ensure the CEO will be effective and persuasive in presenting the origination and its mission to key clients and partners.
    • The DG/CEO will be responsible to the Governing council through the president and chairman of council.
    • Duties will involve local and international travel

    Basic Requirements

    • A Bachelors & Masters Degree in Economics, Management or Business Administration or equivalent Professional Qualification from reputable institution
    • Other Relevant Postgraduate Qualifications will be an added advantage. .
    • He/She will be required to b articulate, analytical and decisive with excellent writing, presentation skills along with well-developed interpersonal and managerial skills and a balanced outlook.
    • Regulatory experience and negotiating skills will be a distinct advantage.
    • The candidate should be between 50 and 65 years of age.
    • Should have served in senior management positions for at least 10 years in highly reputable institutions including minimum of 5 years as Director and another 5 year as Chief Executive.
    • Should provide good references from at least 3 past work establishments,
    • Ability to work within tight schedule.
    • Candidate should have strong knowledge/capacity in ICT

    Remuneration and Condition of Service
    The remuneration and condition of service will be commensurate with similar senior positions in other organisation of this stature.

    Associate Director, Research & Advocacy

    Job Description

    • The Associate Director (AD) for Research, Policy and Advocacy (RPA) is responsible for leading research portfolio, policy analysis and advocacy.
    • The AD manages the provision of analysis, advice and support for specified programmes of the organization.
    • The AD oversees diverse contractual engagements with research partners and coordinates relationships with stakeholders and varied networks focused on research and policy.
    • Duties will involve local and international travels

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the development of policy briefs, learning projects including submissions or initiatives on current issues of interest to public & private sector organizations.
    • Advance the organizations relationships with strategic partners and research institutes and advocacy coalitions to enhance, influence and impact in specified areas of development/operations.
    • Author and /or co-author research, policy and advocacy publications for national and regional benefits.
    • Will be responsible to the DG/CEO

    Basic Requirements

    • At least a Masters-level degree or (PhD) in Economics, Political Science & Public Policy Development;
    • Past experience working for (or closely with) major development organizations, especially international agencies with at least 5 years in senior executive position leading a relevant (RPA) department.
    • Experience in research and development of complex national & global issues will be of advantage.
    • Excellent writing skills with a proven ability to provide clarity and succinctness on communiques.
    • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills, vibrant professional networks within global knowledge and management community.
    • Age should be 40-55 years old.
    • Ability to work within tight schedule
    • Candidate should have a strong knowledge/capacity in ICT

    Director, Training and Capacity Development

    Job Description

    • The Director, Training and Capacity Development is responsible for providing technical expertise on various initiated corporate development and capacity building for leaders of various public and private sector organizations.
    • Duties will involve local and international travel

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead in the design or review of existing capacity building programmes and tools;
    • Plan, coordinate and facilitate the implementation of capacity building programmes for selected organizations.
    • Design and implementation of Capacity Building Management framework and corporate evaluation project.
    • Support development of capacity building solutions for scale, including curriculum, workshops, special in-plant programme etc in collaboration with foreign partners and consultant.
    • Capacity to develop and conduct training programmes at specified levels for senior executives. I Will be responsible to the Governing council through the DG/CEO

    Basic Requirements

    • Bachelor's & Master's Degree in Social Sciences or related field with bias in capacity development;
    • At least 10 years of professional experience in leadership education, instructional design, or related field;
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written, including the ability to engage effectively with senior executives at all levels in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment.
    • Should have served in related senior position for over 6 years with responsibility for relevant department.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and follow through with meticulous attention to details, including initiative for long term structured training programmes.
    • Age should be 45-60 years old.
    • Candidate should have strong knowledge/capacity in ICT
