    Quality Control Manager

    Details: JOB PURPOSE
    Establish and enforce appropriate controls in the card production process
    Ensure high quality of output with minimal wastage
    Develop optimal workflow in the production room to ensure efficient utilisation of available resources

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop controls, policies and procedures for the production process
    • Establish and evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
    • Devise sampling procedures for recording and reporting quality of output
    • Review the implementation and efficiency of inspection systems
    • Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
    • Investigate customer complaints and rejected orders
    • Compile and analyse statistical data from the production process to identify trends and areas for improvement. Create dashboards to monitor the process
    • Develop, recommend and monitor preventive and corrective actions to improve the production process
    • Identify training needs and organize training programmes for production staff
    • Coordinate, support on-site audits and document audits and other quality assurance activities
    • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
    • Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

    KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

    • Good academic qualification from a reputable university
    • Excellent communication skills i.e. both verbal and written
    • Strong analytical and process improvement skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to engage and influence peers and subordinates
    • Creative mind, ability to work under pressure and to multi-task
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Exceptionally hard working, flexible and well organised
    • Previous experience in a similar role with a reputable company is mandatory
    • Must have the mandatory NYSC certificate

    Customer Service Executive

    Details:
    JOB PURPOSE
    Serve as the interface between the company and its clients for all sales and service issues
    Respond to client enquiries in a timely fashion and manage client complaints satisfactorily
    Acquire new business for the company as a result of deep engagement with existing and new clients

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage relationships with clients via telephone, electronically or face to face
    • Respond promptly to all clients enquiries
    • Manage resolution of customer complaints through engagement of appropriate internal resources (escalate where appropriate)
    • Establish and enforce service standards of the company
    • Set up and manage new client accounts
    • Keep records of client inquiries and complaints
    • Prepare and distribute periodic client activity reports
    • Maintain and deepen relationship with clients by providing required support, information and guidance
    • Identify and convert business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
    • Discover product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
    • General administrative functions

    KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

    • Good academic qualification from a reputable university
    • Excellent communication skills i.e. both verbal and written
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Vibrant and engaging personality
    • Creative mind, ability to work under pressure and multi-task
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
