    Group Head Audit and Internal Control

    Job Purpose:

    Coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual audit and reconciliation activities of the Group

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual audit and reconciliation activities of the Group.
    • Provide overall direction and leadership for the Group.
    • Coordinate all enterprise-wide risk management activities of the company and ensure it is of the highest quality.
    • Preparation of annual audit and control plan.
    • Vetting of audit steps and programs of the Group’s Unit heads.
    • Review and sign-off of periodic audit reports.
    • Attendance of meeting of the Board Audit Committee.
    • Assist all external auditors in getting the company audited periodically.

    Required Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant course.
    • At least 12-15 years of experience.
    • Must have managed a team.
    • High level of detail.
    • Excellent Analytical skills.
    • High level of Maturity.
    • Good presentation and negotiation skills.

    Job Purpose

    • Organizes and coordinates physician services and services provided by other professionals as they relate to patient career.

    Responsibilities

    • Participates in administrative decision making and recommends and approves policies and procedures.
    • Organizes and coordinates physician services and services provided by other professionals as they relate to patient career.
    • Participates in the process to ensure the appropriateness and quality of medical care and medically related care.
    • Participates in the development and conduct of educational programs.
    • Participates in the surveillance and promotion in the health safety, and welfare of employees.
    • Helps articulate the long-term care facility’s mission to the community.
    • Participates in establishing policies and procedures for assuring that the rights of individuals (resident, staff members, and community members) are respected.
    • Acquires, maintains, and applies knowledge of social, regulatory, political, and economic factors that relate to patient care services.
    • Will support and promote person-directed care.

    Required Qualification

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
    • At least 7-10 years of experience.
    • Organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task.
    • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively (oral and written) with co-workers at all levels.
    • Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion.
