    Graphic & Web Designer

    Cregital is currently hiring a Graphic & Web Designer with a focus on visual mock-ups for clients, web and brand design and creative company self-promotions. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role recommends, develops, and executes creative promotions to support the marketing and branding tasks as well as overall visibility of the Company

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, format and layout proposals and related materials (print and online) ensuring a smart impression.
    • Typography and layout creation, as well as brand identity development.
    • Manage variety of tasks/clients and reprioritise as required.
    • Compile information and draft project case studies, including photos, for website
    • Strong understanding of multimedia design and experience designing for both print and web.
    • Collaborate with Marketing Specialist to drive all social media efforts and web content strategy.

    Skills & Experience

    • Expert in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and CMS platforms
    • 5-8 years of design experience preferably with brand/design or agency experience
    • Strong conceptual skills and strategic mindset
    • Ability to articulate current design trends and understand what makes them compelling

    Marketing Assistant

    The Marketing Assistant oversees all content marketing initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads and positive customer experience.

    He or she provides ongoing strategic recommendations for our B2B and B2C clients engaged in content creation for online marketing campaigns including content marketing, social media promotion, website development, email marketing, blogging, PR and other content programs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Executing and managing content marketing across multiple clients, industries and brands
    • Own the Cregital blog
    • Content planning, content development, content publishing, content localization and copywriting
    • Understanding of and publishing via multiple content management systems (CMS)
    • Social platform set-up (e.g. a Facebook Page)
    • Establishing and maintaining client brand editorial standards (voice, tone, brand and audience messaging, etc.)
    • Working understanding of SEO as it pertains to content production, organization and interlinking, as well as keyword targeting best practices
    • Paid and Organic based content promotion, including influencer outreach
    • Reporting content performance in web and social media analytics platforms

    Skills & Experience

    • Exceptional presentation, and written/verbal communication skills
    • Ability to develop and execute original content marketing and social media initiatives
    • Ability to multi-task and complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop and WordPress
    • Working knowledge of web analytics, social analytics and listening tools
    • Must be detail oriented and have exceptional problem solving skills

    Business Development Manager

    Our growing digital agency is currently searching for an experienced Business Development Executive with experience selling digital advertising services. This position entails managing prospective and existing clients of Cregital. The Business Developer pitches new clients, writes proposals, perform advertising audits, scopes out work as it relates to internet marketing and website development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Attending networking events, researching and identifying new client opportunities.
    • Understanding new clients’ products/services and making recommendations on how to effectively grow their business with our services
    • Interfacing with potential clients to understand and manage their expectations.
    • Assessing client’s business objectives to provide strategic online marketing recommendations in proposal or presentation format
    • Writing project proposals, response to RFP’s/ RFI’s, creates presentations and drafts client contracts
    • Documents the project management process throughout the business development cycle
    • Responsible for meeting sales quotas as they relate to profitability and profit margin on the goal
    • Responsible for team involvement in meeting team goals

    Skills & Experience

    • Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills
    • Strong ability to set up meetings
    • Ability to generate sales traction (clients, partnerships, industry exposure) within the first three months
    • Ability to manage multiple interactive projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
    • Ability to comprehend client goals and objectives and create unique solutions to meet goals and solve problems
