    Operations Manager (WFM001)

    About the Role:
    The role plans, directs and coordinates complex construction projects. The operations manager would ensure that projects meet building and safety standards and manage the progress and quality of construction. In addition, s/he prepares contracts and bids; estimates costs and makes schedules; and ensures projects stay within budget.

    BSc or higher degree in Civil Engineering
    10 - 15 years overall experience in Construction industry and a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. Advanced knowledge of the construction industry and company operations required.
    Exposure to construction projects in Multinational organization is a must. Candidates must have managed a multimillion dollar project before with a record of successful accomplishment.

    Project Managers (WFM002)

    The Role:
    The Project Managers would work with subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time, at the price budgeted and at the quality standard agreed upon with the project owner. S/He is responsible for communicating with the client or upper management echelons and is accountable for team actions and project development

    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required.
    7 years post qualification experience as a Project Engineer in a well structured construction company handling multimillion dollars project
    Professional certification in project management required.

    Project Engineers (WFM003)

    About the Role:
    The Project Engineers' key responsibilities would be to focus on specific areas of Projects, work with subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time, at the price budgeted and at the quality standard agreed upon with the project owner. He/She is responsible to the Project Manager and is accountable for Team Actions and Project Execution.

    Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Structural Engineering is required.
    2 - 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in a well structured organisation

    Quantity / Land Surveyors (WFM004)

    The Role:
    The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for establishing the cost of materials needed for a project and to come out with a well –planned quotation which is beneficial to both the company and the main contractors for each individual project that the company is handling.

    Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction or Civil Engineering.
    Minimum of 4 years prior experience in Civil infrastructure & large construction projects with a budget of N20B.
    Cost planning budget experience on projects with no supervision.
    Good analytical skill and ability to read diagrams.

    Architect (WFM005)

    The Role:
    The role of the Architect is to design buildings and other structures and ensure they are functional, safe, economical and suit the needs of the end user.

    A good Bachelor’s degree in Architecture - B.Arch. or M.Sc Architecture.
    Minimum of 4 years practical experience in a Construction company.
    Evidence of registration with the Nigerian Institute of Architects and the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARGON).
    Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

    Equipment Manager (WFM006)

    About the Role:
    This role is responsible for making sure that all equipment used by the company is functioning properly and sure that the equipment follows industry guidelines. The Equipment Manager directs, coordinates and supervises all mechanical maintenance and workshop activities in the Organization.

    Bachelors Degree in  Mechanical Engineering, MBA highly preferred
    4 - 5 years in maintenance management and repair of a wide range of heavy equipment (trucks and bulldozers inclusive)
    Knowledge of the construction industry and company operations will be an added advantage.
    Previous experience in Equipment Maintenance management
    Previous mechanical repairs experience and formal training on heavy equipment
    Advanced knowledge of mobile electrical and hydraulic systems
    Critical thinking capacity, knowledge of solid truck and heavy equipment, field circumstances and computer

    Asphalt Plant Manager (WFM007)

    About the Role:
    The primary role of the Asphalt Plant Manager is to plan, direct and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing hot mix asphalt and aggregate products in accordance with cost, quality and quantity specifications.

    The Asphalt Plant Manager will be required to manage all aspects of the asphalt plants, directing production methods/controls; maintenance and related operations; ensuring facilities have resources and support to achieve production objectives; evaluating existing operations for improvement opportunities in planning, processing, equipment utilization, cost reduction, etc; assisting with planning and budgeting

    Bachelors Degree, equivalent or higher, in Civil Engineering or any equivalent course
    Minimum of 8 years practical experience managing multiple asphalt plants or road construction operations
    Strong knowledge of asphalt production equipment, processes and procedures
    An uncompromising focus on safety excellence with proven safety certifications
    Proven track record of production efficiency and cost reduction through improved mix designs
    Strong communication, analytical, managerial, leadership and organizational skills
    Strong project management and planning skills

    Concrete Batching Plant Manager (WFM008)

    About the Role:
    The role is responsible for mixing ingredients to make concrete, transporting mixed concrete, maintaining and cleaning the batch plant, silos, mixer and mixer trucks. An in-depth understanding of all aspects of ready-mix concrete production, standards, communicating with clients, managing a fleet of concrete trucks is a mandatory requirement to be success in this role.

    Bachelors Degree, equivalent or higher, in Industrial Engineering or any equivalent course.
    7+ years of working experience in the related field is required, at least 3 - 4 years of actual experience managing a concrete batch plant is mandatory.
    Must have a thorough knowledge of and be capable of operating all equipment and machinery used in ready mix concrete production and delivery
    Must be able to apply training, experience and/or business principles to manage day-t-day business activities
    Must be able to apply principles of basic algebra, geometry and shop math to calculate variables such as inventory, moisture content and preparation of daily reports
    Must be able to read and understand operation manuals, equipment instructions, safety rules, etc and write reports and communicate with management and subordinates to solve problems, provide instructions, etc

    Quarry Plant Manager (WFM009)

    About the Role:
    The key responsibility of the role is to ensure that the quarry, pits and opencast sites operate successfully. The role will oversee all operations, both on site and in the office, manage staff, coordinate production and monitor all site systems. The successful candidate will be required to combine his/her knowledge of extraction and processing systems with excellent interpersonal and management skills to ensure the profitability of quarry site.

    Bachelor's Degree, equivalent or higher Engineering degree (mining or geological)
    At least 7 years of professional experience in mining production
    Understanding of quarry exploitation. Experience in a quarry is real plus
    Knowledge in mining and drilling
    Basic Knowledge in preventive maintenance
    Preferred candidates should have a strong track record of career progression, impressive academic qualification.

    Procurement and Logistics Manager (WFM010)

    The primary area of responsibility for the Procurement Manager is ensuring all supply chain procurement related activities are conducted in a compliant free and successful manner. The role is also expected to manage all transportation related activities of the organization. Continuous improvement, profitability, personnel development and stringent cost controls are paramount. The position will also collaborate with both corporate and their peer group in the Organization to achieve successful synergies, developing best in class processes, systems and policies.

    The Procurement Manager role requires strong overall knowledge and seasoned experience with international supply chain operations and previous exposure and experience with general construction, supply chain, logistics, transportation and business management.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical.

    Bachelor's Degree, equivalent or higher, in engineering or business management.
    5 - 7 overall years of experience and a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
    Knowledge of the construction industry and company operations will be an added advantage.
    Strong sourcing, organizational, writing and negotiating skills are required.
    Procurement, construction management or project management experience is required.
    Responsible for conducting sourcing events for respective areas of responsibility.
    Execute sourcing work processes in accordance with company work processes.
    Monitor, communicate and respond to changing market conditions.
    Considerable procurement/sourcing experience, preferably reasonable period of time spent sourcing of plant engineering and construction services
    Familiar with operating within an SAP environment with a good knowledge of JD Edwards

    Human Resource Manager (WFM011)

    This position will serve as a strategic partner and member of the Organization's Leadership Team and is responsible for the Human Resources function. As a strategic partner, this position will broker services for the business to ensure that the business is able to execute its people strategy.

    B.Sc or Higher Degree in any Business or Management related field.
    8-10 overall years of experience and a minimum of 3years in a similar role.
    Knowledge of the construction industry and company operations will be an added advantage.
    Knowledge and Usage of HR software to manage employee information and payroll
    Excellent organizational and management skills
    Management of internal and external customers ie. other business heads and 3rd party recruitment agencies

    Chief Medical Director (WFM012)

    The Chief Medical Director (CMD) will oversee clinical transformations and play a key role in improving patient care quality, safety, and overall clinical effectiveness and efficiency. The role will be responsible for clinical oversight and direction regarding the planning, scope, quality, and provision of all medical services. Responsibilities also include supervising and performing performance evaluations on physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other ancillary medical personnel.

    Required Skills & Experience
    Academic background with a Medical Degree and higher Medical Qualification essential
    15 years of Physician leadership experience preferred.
    Previous practice experience in a similar role is mandatory.
    Extensive industry/business experience with demonstrable experience in a relevant area for this function (e.g. Medical Affairs or Clinical R&D, academic or hospitals)
    Experience in Clinical Medicine is mandatory

    Hospital Administrator (WFM013)

    The Role:
    This role provides leadership to a world class hospital. The Hospital Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the hospital and coordinates the actions of all departments and ensures they function as one. The Administrator would use business skills to handle long-term planning, development of operating objectives and budgets, and creation of an overall system for efficient delivery of medical services.

    Required Skills & Experience:
    Bachelor's Degree in any business related discipline plus an MBA preferably with a specialization in healthcare management
    Not less than 8 years prior experience as a Hospital Administrator in a well structured hospital providing medical services across various areas of specialization.
    Strong business acumen with proven records of successful achievement in same role.
    Strong analytical skills.
    Good communication skills, leadership, people management and development skills
    Ability to read and interpret financials
    Proven ability to assess risk using financial, statistical and economic data and create manageable solutions
    Strong business development and marketing skills
    Knowledge of health services administration, public health or long-term care administration.
