    Zonal Fraud Analyst, North Zone

    About the role:

    • The Zonal Fraud Analyst will work in the Corporate Risk department of Sun King, Nigeria and will be reporting to the Credit Process Manager. The ZFA will be responsible for identifying and handling Fraud or suspicious issues while providing strategic directions through professional reports. You will also be work closely with the entire Easy buy team majorly on fraud issues of our Pay-As-You-Go products.

    What you would be expected to do

    • Investigate and collect information on fraud-related activities (eg, tampering, identity theft, Impersonation, Scammers) within the business.
    • Liaise with the Field Team/ Call center to identify fraudulent cases and follow them up for closure.
    • Liaise with different law enforcement agents to close reported fraud/tampering cases.
    • Serve as a witness in legal cases that arise in the field on behalf of the company
    • Prepare regular reports from the field on fraud-related activities and escalate
    • Educate staff on fraud and its impact on the business.

    You might be a strong candidate if you have

    • Bachelor’s degree/Higher National Diploma in a related field of Criminal justice/Criminology/Sociology/ Psychology /Security studies and Risk Management
    • Minimum of 2 years experience on the same or related role
    • Relevant certification in Criminal Investigations, Fraud management or Business Analytics is an added advantage.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Good people skills
    • Good planning and organizational skills
    • Ability to collaborate with Stakeholders.
    • Ability to work on task with minimum supervision

    Tele-Collections Executive

    About the role:

    • The Tele-Collections Executive will work in the Corporate Risk department of Sun King, Nigeria and will work closely with the Contact Center, Operations and Sales team by following on customers to make repayment for our Pay-As-You-Go products.
    • We are looking for an experienced Tele-Collections Executive who would leverage on their expertise to grow our repayment and collections rate.

    What you would be expected to do:

    • Utilize various skip tracing techniques and collection strategies (often designed by employee) to locate right parties to negotiate payment arrangements on high collectability or value accounts.
    • Negotiate payment terms and methods when right party is reached. The process often requires reviewing the account information in database, and/or asking probing questions to better know potential objections to payment.
    • Overcome stalls and objections suggest money sources for debt payment. That is minimizing resistance for payments and suggest available customer-friendly payment options.
    • Utilize payment options (credits cards, direct checks) and secure this information so that administrative services can process.
    • Offer customers several payment options and arrange for the prompt repayment of balances.
    • Negotiate settlements outside of normal guidelines, authorize credit bureaus deletions, negotiate payment arrangements over a longer span of time than normal.
    • Updating the account details of customers and resolving pending customer issues.
    • Escalate and file all fraud cases and follow up with efficient timelines and solutions benefiting both the company and clients
    • Updating correct customer data and information during collections calls check off.
    • Ensure security and data protection on all clients’ data capture during collections interactions.
    • Capture customers complaints and escalate to relevant information using the available tools.

    You might be a strong candidate if you:

    • Hold a degree or Higher National diploma in a business-related field.
    • Have a minimum of 2 years working preferably in a related role in the financial sector or related entities.
    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, collections, or a related role is preferred.
    • Can communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing proper grammar and telephone etiquette is preferred.
    • Can speak Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa languages fluently.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite.

    Store Executive, Auchi (Edo State)

    The team you would join:

    • The Sun King Store Executive will ensure that the overall performance targets of the store are met both in terms of quality and quantity

    What you would be expected to do

    Inventory management

    • Receive stock and keep track of inventory from warehouse
    • Manage and issue out stock as per FIFO standards
    • Dispatch stocks as per requirement
    • Maintain and update stock cards

     Keep and provide off-the -shelf sales details when needed

    • Maintain an updated Goods Received and Goods Issued log online
    • Perform daily cycle counts on stock
    • Receive faulty stock from the field and consolidate for disposal
    • Conduct monthly stock take
    • Manage all spare parts inventory and re-orders

    Reports

    • Prepare daily on hand stock report for stakeholders use
    • Report on daily issued out stock for replacement and or replenishment

    Repairs

    • Repairs and Spare Parts management
    • Take custody of the repair tools and tool kits
    • Perform basic check on the faulty units before replacement
    • Conduct basic repair on the in warranty returns

    Store management

    • Ensure the center is well maintained tidy and that the shop floor arrangement is per SKU
    • Ensure neatness on the repair work bench in line
    • Observation of safety procedures to avert hazards at the work bench
    • Welcome walk-in customers and provide assistance as necessary
    • Receive faulty components, identify the technical issue and verify warranty eligibility through several technical checks
    • Assist Energy Officers and coordinate with Call Center in resolving customer queries

    You might be a strong candidate if you

    • Have a Bachelors’ Degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution in any related field.
    • Have 2 years’ hands on experience in a related role.
    • Have effective communication and people skills.
    • Have knowledge of Sun King products (an added advantage).
    • Is able to demonstrate high levels of integrity with a proactive and positive attitude.
    • Have good customer focus.
    • Are a team player with high levels of flexibility.
    • Have proven report-writing experience.
    • Possess good problem-solving skills.
    • Are a computer literate with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
    • Territory knowledge is an added advantage.

    Warehouse Associate, Lagos

    About the role:

    • We are looking for experienced Warehouse Associate who would leverage on their expertise to grow our business, strategizing warehouse process in other to satisfy our business.

    What you would be expected to do

    • Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
    • Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return.
    • Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
    • Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labelled for shipping.
    • Managing all merchandise with appropriate care.
    • Supervising the arrangement of the warehouse and ensuring adherence to set SOPs.

    • In depth knowledge of MS Word and Excel skill is essential.
    • Basic experience in the use of ERP systems.
