    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • Must have a demonstrable passion for Tourism
    • Must have contributed to the Tourism ecosystem in the past
    • Must be between the ages of 18 - 40 years of age
    • Must be knowledgeable of and dedicated to promoting African Culture.
    • Must be of good repute and not have any criminal record.
    • Must possess valid national identification.
    • Must be referred by a reputable tourismcompany or individual.
    • Must be present at monthly agency orientation meetings.

    Resort Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Resort Manager is responsible for the overall operation and management of the resort, with a focus on guest service, staff leadership, and financial performance.
    • This role requires a strong leader with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating a memorable and relaxing experience for our guests.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Guest Services:

    • Ensure guests receive exceptional service and meet their needs promptly and professionally.
    •  Address guest concerns, manage special requests, and strive to enhance their experience.

    Staff Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate resort staff, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverages, and all sub-teams.
    • Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of employees.

    Operations Management:

    • Manage day-to-day resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and activities.
    • Maintain the resort's appearance and functionality to the highest standards.

    Marketing and Promotion:

    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
    • Monitor occupancy rates and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.

    Guest Relations:

    • Foster positive guest relationships, responding to feedback and addressing concerns.
    • Coordinate special events and amenities for guests celebrating milestones.

    Health and Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, overseeing emergency procedures.
    • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
    • 10 - 15 years of proven experience in resort/hotel management, with a strong track record of success.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
    • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

    Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Resort Administrative Officer is responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the resort's administrative functions.
    • This role includes managing office supplies, handling communication, maintaining records, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the resort's overall success.

    Key Responsibilities
    Office Supplies and Inventory:

    • Manage office/ Resort supplies, including ordering, restocking, and maintaining inventory.
    • Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment for both office and resort operations.

    Communication Management:

    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and guest correspondence.
    • Assist in maintaining an efficient communication system within the resort.

    Records and Documentation:

    • Maintain and organize resort records, files, and documents, ensuring data is easily retrievable.
    • Implement a document management system for streamlined record-keeping.

    Event Coordination:

    • Assist in planning and coordinating resort events, meetings, and conferences.
    • Arrange logistics, catering, and facilities for these occasions.

    Administrative Assistance:

    • Support various resort departments by offering administrative assistance, including data entry, research, and report preparation.
    • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for staff.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
    • 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role or office support position.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and document management systems.
    • Detail-oriented and proactive with a positive attitude.
