    Warehouse Officer (Raw Materials)

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and ensure zero damage and obsolescence of raw-materials by ensuring FIFO / FEFO during issuance with proper handling and timely communication to concerned stakeholders in case of stock-out
    • Ensure effective re-order level management and timely communication to concerned stakeholders prior to stock-out.
    • Ensure that all appropriate safety regulations with regards to personal safety and safety of spares are duly observed in the warehouse.
    • Ensure accurate reconciliation of daily and monthly stock count to be reported to appropriate stakeholders.
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure raw-materials availability.
    • Ensure effective implementation of flexible and agile inventory system to prevent theft, fraud, etc.
    • Achieve high level of customer satisfaction through effective receipt, storage, dispatch and assured quality of FG.

    Minimum Requirements

    • First Degree or its equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration and/or related field
    • Relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Institute of Warehousing and Materials Management, etc.
    • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in warehouse management in a reputable manufacturing environment, especially FMCG company.

    Shift Warehouse Supervisor (Raw Materials)

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure best in class warehouse management practices and minimal inventory loss on account of warehouse storage and product handling in line with standard operating procedures.
    • Ensure zero damage and obsolescence of raw-materials.
    • Ensure that all appropriate safety regulations with regards to personal safety and safety of raw-materials are duly observed
    • Monitor and manage material receipt from suppliers and ensure that same are properly arranged on pallets as per approved pallet formation and properly labelled into the warehouse.
    • Ensure active participation and accurate reconciliation of daily and monthly stock count to be reported to the appropriate stakeholder.

    Minimum Requirements

    • First Degree or its equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
    • Professional certification in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ post-NYSC job-relevant experience in warehousing or inventory management in a manufacturing environment.

    Inventory Cost Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports, comparing budget costs to actual production costs and conduct product margin reporting and analysis for Beverages.
    • Carry-out financial analysis and evaluation of material costs, costs of sales and other overheads, compare actual costs to estimates, analyze variances and generate relevant information for management decision-making.
    • Conduct analysis of raw material and packaging standard costs for accuracy on annual basis.
    • Assist in the improvement of internal controls related to inventory.
    • Work closely with relevant process owners to obtain necessary information required for compilation, documentation and analysis of costs.
    • Carry out monthly stock count, analyze variances and perform reconciliation.

    Minimum Requirements

    • First Degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related discipline.
    • Professional Certification, e.g. ACA, ACCA, CFA, etc. is required.
    • Minimum of 5 years job-relevant experience in any FMCG Company.
